The Scottish Government Health and Social Care Directorates (SGHSC) issued initial guidance on the use of mobile communication devices in healthcare premises in Scotland in April 2007. This guidance has now been superseded by comprehensive guidance prepared and published by Health Facilities Scotland and can be downloaded via the link below.

Single-bed room provision in NHSScotland

Interim guidance on single room provision in NHSScotland which appeared here has now been superseded by CEL 27 (2010) which provides a policy stance on the provision of single bed accommodation and bed spacing. Please see Asset Management section for more information.
